Thanks, any advice is appreciated! I pumped at work for about a year with my first and will hopefully do that again with this baby. I remember how awkward it was to hold both bottles at the same time, I'd try and balance them on my desk but it never quite worked!

Good to know! I think I'm going to buy one this time around. I pumped at work for about a year with my first, so I figure anything that makes life easier is worth it.

I live here. I've lived here my whole life and will probably stay here, since its where most of my family lives too. I'm so sick and sad of this. The system is broken when a female legislator has to publicly discuss her rape with her colleagues in order to try and be heard. This video has me in tears. I'm donating to

Good to know. I think I'll get one myself. Do you wear the bra all day or change into it when your pumping? That might be a dumb question, but some of the hands free nursing bras I've seen look like they aren't designed for wearing all day under professional tops.

Haha well it looks like I'm getting one. Thanks for the reply!

Cool trick! And lol the things we want nowadays :)

Either of you ladies use the hands-free pumping bras? I never bothered the first time, but I'll be pumping at my desk again soon, and thinking of getting one.

I felt all of these feelings too with my first. But they didn't show up until 3 months postpartum when I returned to work. I did the brave face thing too. It's good your seeing a therapist. Be honest with them about how hard it is and all the other stuff your feeling or not feeling. I too did the brave face thing

I buy almost everything online nowadays. I worry that pretty soon, the stores in my city will go out of business and that will be bad for the local economy. However, when it takes 10 minutes to pay for one item at a department store because they want to sign me up for store credit cards and frequent shopper clubs

That's kinda our situation. It's a great balance in terms of chores and parenting, because there isn't one primary bread winner and one primary home-chore person. But there's still some stuff that falls through the cracks. We both get home at dinner time, so if we don't have a plan figured out the day before, than

Holy shit I feel you on the dinner thing. Your guy sounds pretty sweet. I hate having to go home and figure out dinner. Most nights my husband figures it out because I still can't manage to "meal plan" on the weekend like I should. Reading about meal planning on my fave blogs isn't the same as actually doing it.

Haha! I so want to send this to my annoying cousins who think marijuana is the best thing ever and can cure any disease including cancer. I mean, smoke up, have fun, whatever, but don't fool yourself into thinking it's good for your health.

The only time I use cursive is when signing my name. So that's the only reason I can see for keeping it around, I guess. But that's not really a good one, is it?

Detroit feels you! Our ex mayor is now in prison.

Yes! My dad suggested the same idea so that's our plan for today. As long as I can keep my cool, it could be funny.

That is my last resort plan. I'll wait til after the holidays to bring that up though. My dad is also helping me get her to come around. Last night he purposely brought it up in conversation when they were out with friends who happen to be in the medical field and also have a grandchild on the way. They all said they

Hey now! Watch it with the Detroit jokes.
Besides, we're ahead (as of right now...)

Hell yes! I'm in the gray but I love a good chance for guilt free complaining.

Thank you :) She turned two last month.
