Size/open world was never the issue with me for Breath of the Wild, and I’ve never seen that as anyone’s main issue. It’s the mechanics of BotW that I don’t like (crafting is a big one but far from the only one), and that have moved it away from the tight gameplay experience I’ve always enjoyed from Zelda. To me,

Thats a pretty accurate summary of AMPTP's response to the WGA's proposals, to be honest

They’re trailers, three minutes to communicate clearly to an audience what they would be seeing in a language they are familiar with. They should be formulaic.

AI art sucks so much. It completely ignores one half of the art equation, human expression, and boils it down to just a formula for “oh does this thing look/sound like a thing that already looked/sounded good.”

analogies aren’t your strong suit huh

Yes.

This is like the “criminals will just get guns anyway” argument. Sure, there will always be a couple that slip through, but an overwhelming amount of the time these rules are effective.

That’s not at all what I implied. Yikes, man.

Western leftists lose because in the West, the dollar rules, and the wealthy oligarchy for obvious reasons doesn’t like the left.

It's good the movie sucks, actually

All that needs to be said, really

because a lot of money has gone towards teaching them that things like homosexuality are an attack on them personally

But Simpsons is pretty much the perfect set-up for a game — it’s such a big world that’s gone into surrealism in so many ways that you can fit it into pretty much any type of game. As long as you get the humor right (admittedly, not the easiest thing) just solid gameplay is more than enough to make a good experience.

Nah, the bigger problem is that you literally don't need to be good at anything to become a billionaire

What a dipshit lmao

somehow i knew you wouldn’t understand lol

Stigmatizing digital effects has led to horrendous treatment of effects artists across the industry, it sucks

Was gonna say, for all the money that went into it its a shame they didn't hire a professional photographer or colorist.

Same with movies, there’s a really dumb stigma associated with digital effects as if it’s not just another tool like the crane or lighting.

That bodycam gif on the front page is fucking triggering. Get it off Kotaku, this game is sick and it sucks that a reminder of police brutality autoplays on a video game site's front page.
