It's been possible to do in Opera for many years without any scripts or plugins using the browsers own download manager. Though I rather prefer a dedicated torrent client than downloading through my web browser.
They should totally release it for download once they're done.
I see no point in having a digital to-do list, because if it's, let's say, an app on my phone I'll end up never open in, and if I get e-mail reminders I'll read the mail and before I get off my ass to do it I've forgotten it.

The thing with every Adobe products is that at first glance all of their software are hard to understand and you feel completely lost. The second someone tells you the basics and what most of the buttons do then you easily figure out by yourself how to do more advance stuff.
