The thing with every Adobe products is that at first glance all of their software are hard to understand and you feel completely lost. The second someone tells you the basics and what most of the buttons do then you easily figure out by yourself how to do more advance stuff.

It's still very laggy. Not as much as ICS but lightyears behind the smoothness of some custom roms.
