Eh that’s misleading. Paracetamol in overdose-accidental or deliberate (and other drug reactions) is responsible for ACUTE liver failure. Acute liver failure is far less common than chronic liver failure (about 1:12). Chronic liver failure is mostly caused by chronic alcohol abuse and Hep C.
