So it's about fame and riches now? Whatever happened to the Creed? Looks a little like the ego-trip Altair was demoted for in the first game (and a little more than a nod to Uncharted). AC sure has changed a lot. It is barely recognizable. Shame really.

Possibly this is a set-up for a larger heist. Imagine this: the first interview you do with a real person, get the people talking, debating what's real and what not. In one of the next interviews you make the switch from real to CG and see if people notice the switch or are still confused. Reveal the switch later and

yeah I second that. I'm not rebuying games I already own. Hope the library will not be as limited as the PS2 library is on PSN at the moment.

I second that!

lol wow. I want to hear more, this story was real entertaining :D

typo: "because several details don't line up with don't line up with official"

I certainly wouldn't. I own 3 consoles. For the PS2 alone about half my games were bought used, mainly due to the fact that I got my system about 5 years after the release. Used games mainly for one reason: they were not available new and on the off chance that they were (which was really rare), they were insanely

Yeah I revelled in the sheer ingenuousness of that last sentence as well. :)

I had the same discussion with my mum a while ago. What you do not mention in your argumentation is one simple thing: graphics are nothing like real life. I would wager a bet that a good number of players of any given FPS can't see blood in real life. Or would cringe or be disgusted if they stumbled across a real

I don't want to be one of the guys, I am me and quite happy with that. Just because I enjoy a lot of stuff which is considered "male interest" doesn't mean I want to be "one of the guys". I just have my own specific taste which is not limited by gender rules and roles.

er.... chuck him out and tell him to get a life? He's old enough to live on his own. Sometimes tough love is the only thing that sets things straight. The parents are not going to change anything by supporting his gaming habits (possibly addiction) and treating him like a raw egg. The dad didn't go far enough: take

I speak for me. Not all women. That up front. The point I am making is that not all females are offended by such depiction of the female body (which most men seem to assume), nothing more, nothing less. And the reason why I said I am a female is to avoid the defensive females going "you're a guy of COURSE you would

I'm not, just saying that not all females go all defensive when stuff like this crops up. Some just don't care.

Oh no, you flatter me. YOU should be the Fox News anchor woman. I'm sure you'd be a blast. :)

well seeing as 99% of female depiction in games is in bad taste, weird or downright laughable (boob physics, etc.) this is not really surprising. I guess I stopped taking it seriously somewhere down the line. And to me this torso is no more weird than a helmet or a gun that is added to special editions. It's an item

lol actually that is quite accurate ;)

That is why they got it in the first place, that was the whole idea of them making the game. They did what they were asked to do. If you read the interviews they said at some point that the initial Dante looked more like the old one, but that design was thrown out as it was not different enough. You can't blame NT for

Yeah I'm surprised at that too, and I am a woman, so I should probably be offended (which I'm not). It looks so weird with those boobs that I lolled when I saw it the first time. Don't get what the big upheaval is about.

Disgusting? Offensive? Really? Seriously, I'm female and I should probably be offended at this, but I think it is quite funny really, especially considering it looks like she (it, whatever) had a ridiculously bad boob job done which makes the whole thing look so absurd that it becomes extremely hilarious.

Something similar happened with the last Ninja Gaiden game. Was a lot easier, well received by mostly players who did not know the series and well it pretty much marks the end of what Ninja Gaiden games were famous for: difficulty.
