I’m curious what kind of recourse those of us who bought special editions of the game that included season passes have?

It’s not just old XBox 360 games.

It’s basically game fly except you don’t have to wait for the disc to arrive. If you let your sub lapse then you lose access to all the games unless you purchased them outright.

You pay the $10 monthly fee and as long as you stay subscribed you have access to hundreds of titles. You let your subscription slip and you no longer have access to those titles unless you purchased them outright.

Games with Gold is not going anywhere.

If you are on 8.1 it is a vast improvement. It generally runs faster and leaner than 8.1 and kind of melds 7 and 8.1 from the gui standpoint.

FYI, if you gave up on Diablo III years ago, you should pick it up again. The last few patches have made the game what it should have been in the first place. It is now a worthy successor to Diablo 2. Gone is the Auction House and the drops are a plenty now.

I also heartily recommend giving Marvel Heroes 2016 a look.
