I can't imagine a situation where anyone ever needs to "worry" about farming glimmer. You kinda just get it regularly enough that if you're grinding upgrades anyways the glimmers going to come too.

Anyone who beat the first raid on hard - and got the mythoclast or vision of confluence two weapons you can't get elsewhere - get a significant edge in the new raid. I really liked the content of the expansion so I'd say the 35 for the DLC pass is worth it. Sure, story missions take 30 minutes a piece (more if your stubborn and want to grind them solo on 30), but they've got some of the best atmosphere, soundtrack, and new mechanics yet!

I felt like you at first, but then I caved since all of my xbox friends were getting it. It might be the best time I've had in destiny. The level design and the atmosphere are superb, the soundtrack is improved, and its harder!
