Zelda, MGS, Star Fox, and Street Fighter are ports. That's just off the top of my head, Vita has ports to, but lets not lie to ourselves about the 3DS.

Get prepaid, they are actually some pretty nice ones out there nowadays. I've had one every year up until now. I just got my first smartphone this year(technically), mainly because my GF got tired of my old ways and got me one. I will admit they're convenient though.
