Speaking of docks, is there a way to get the side dock that's on Ubuntu in Windows 7? I like my taskbar separate from it. I don't like the bottom dock like Mac OSX because it takes screen space where I actually use it. Most webpages are too small that I don't notice it on the sides.

The icon theme is FlatIcons. The folders are alphabetized. The top row of folders is apps and the bottom is games. The top 2 rows are the apps I use the most.
