SILENCE! YOU DO NOT FIT THE NARRATIVE!

Read Derek Dague's statements, and they do not make me happy. Basically, we're not slated to get that competitive experience, ever. In the long run, it will just be another Farmville or, worse, another Battleforge or Lords of Ultima if the current decision makers over at Bungie/Activision stay in power.

It's a recurring issue. It happened with the Queen's bounties and it happened with the Salvage bounties pretty much right from the start.

Judging by what we've seen so far, I would expect the other pieces to be offered in upcoming 'Iron Banner' events. It's piecemeal serving, and I can live with that. With the current state of things, it's a minor issue.

The Iron Banner somewhat confirmed my fears and suspicions further, one of them being this absolute triumph of the will to implement this ass-backwards leveling of the playing field.

Here's my list:

Squid ink? Looks more like one of our blueberry accidents years back...

I'm still very much offended by the random rewards after, say, a session of Crucible PVP. Why should I strive for my 4.00 K/D ratio when I get jack shit for my effort and the feeder/AFK at the bottom gets an Exotic?

I doubt Bungie's feelin' ya.

Well, Bungie, I have to tell you that I really liked the cave. It was available on a self-service basis. People didn't have to go there. The cave was not the problem, merely a symptom. People felt ripped off. Of just the last three Raid runs, on average half the team gets but a fistful of materials, a shiny peace of

Here's the thing: In a blindingly dark and mind-numbing sea filled to the brim with ultimate, cruel uncertainty and frustration, the loot cave is one constant stream of multi-colored light.

You know, I'm usually holding back on criticizing a game I really enjoy, but whoever came up with the random bingo lottery loot system in Destiny deserves to get slapped.

It's the same as doing the normal game, with more instant gratification of stuff that mostly doesn't matter. It may not the be the way the game is supposed to be played, but it's good enough for me to mix things up a bit. You can do it with people that are tired and would completely ruin a Raid run. You can stock up

I've been leveling up my Cryptarch from day one. When I bring him a Purple Engram it still feels like he's a Waldorf teacher tackling the subject of nuclear physics. Wildly underwhelming.

Sure, but right now, that would be a complete waste of time for people wanting to go for the Raids or other prime cuts of tactical co-op. Every moment you're not improving your main toon is pretty much a waste of time. I've rolled a Hunter secondary mainly for a change of pace and a fistful of lulz, but he's mostly

I see how they want to pull you into doing all three classes. Right now, I - and most others - would lose out by spreading time thin on all three, though.

I got an exotic breastplate from a purple engram.

Humans are special creatures.

Done everything on all difficulty levels, thank you very much.

It's cool. By then, I'll start my third character, probably the Warlock. We'll be fine.
