Hey! Aye, the comments I've read here and elsewhere hint at Bethesda including a lot of the available patches... and they seem to remove any mention of Interplay, adding Bethesda logos. So, it looks like they've been changing things up quite a bit.

Give it a try, make decisions from there. They usually get rid of the incompatibilities and facilitate installation. If you see something like glorious 640x480, you know you want that patched, as it's just very inefficient (and extremely ugly on LCD screens).
