You are indeed correct. Many streaming sites and services have started (or have been) blocking VPNs and make a point of keeping up with any new IP blocks that VPN companies are using, so they are unlikely to be useful if you are trying to get around country restrictions from major sites/services.

That does not answer my question regarding the availability of statistics showing how common (or not) infidelity is. Evolutionary propensity is not destiny, at least in this case.

In all seriousness (seriously) the “jocks are good at sex” myth was debunked in 1984. Just watch the classic movie, “Revenge of the Nerds”. As the wise Lewis imparts, “Cause all jocks ever think about is sports, all we ever think about is sex.” ‘Tis true.

Do we know how common infidelity is? I have truly, honestly, never cheated on any partner, ever - not romantically, not physically ... no gray area. Never. It’s just not “in my DNA”. I have also never been knowingly cheated on. I don’t understand people who cheat at all, but I get the impression it is pretty common

There is only one case in which I can see this being appealing: You have a concern about your packages getting stolen off of your property before you can get them. Maybe there are other cases that I’m not aware of.

On the other hand, if someone likes to make their highballs with 15-year old single malt ... so what? Drink what you like and let other people drink what they like. One love.

Edit: Nevermind. Just saw your previous reply to another post on this.

“...then you can check to see if you were impacted by inputting your last name and the last six digits of your social into this form on the company’s dedicated website for the incident.”

I was specifically referencing my child, but it certainly applies to many adults that have not matured beyond that age.

The cops caught them months later and said they had hit close to 100 houses, so they were running a volume operation.

I was very against smart locks up until last summer. Now we have two of them, both on outdoor entrances. I’m not saying everyone should be using them, but I was able to get OK with them. I’m not super security conscious - I’ve never had an alarm system of any kind - but when I was a teenager two guys watched me from

If you are a reasonable adult arguing with a teenager, stop trying. Not only can they not hear and process facts and logic, they will gladly make up their own to suit their perspective and defend them to the death. It is an astounding process to witness.

Here’s what I hate about all these rechargeable trimmers/shavers: the batteries aren’t replaceable, so they go to the landfill as soon as the battery stops holding a charge. I even tried replacing the rechargeable batteries myself in an old trimmer by soldering in new ones, but it didn’t really work. I understand the

I apologize if it seemed like I was saying, “if you care about this then you are a germaphobe.” That was not my intent. I was only trying to say that this kind of “stuff” is truly everywhere and I imagine it would be awful for anyone that actually is a germaphobe to have to confront that reality on a daily basis. I

It is just sad how people are so willing to throw Hitler around casually. If you would literally “vote for Hitler over any city council member” just because they seek to reduce the human race’s use and disposal of plastic, then I guess that speaks for itself. If you are merely using hyperbole to express your opinion

I am truly grateful that I am not a germaphobe. That seems like it would be an awful affliction to suffer. Germs and fecal matter and bacteria and mold and all the other nasty stuff is EVERYWHERE. Seriously, google “fecal matter toothbrush” for a reality check, if you aren’t already aware. Also, if you’re eating fast

I agree, but say that on an Apple fan site, then grab a drink and a snack and watch them release the Kraken.

There is, unfortunately, one fatal flaw here. “First of all: morning is a great time to work out—it’s when your brain is freshest and primed to build new habits. “It’s that part of the day when your willpower is at its strongest and before distractions start hitting you.” This is simply not true for me. My willpower

I think the most astounding part of this product launch is that Apple does NOT seem to have claimed that they “invented” anything with the HomePod.

This article seems to provide an interesting, somewhat scientific, comparison of MP3 vs AAC. It concludes AAC does a better job of capturing the original sounds than MP3, but I think it comes down to where you are on the audiophile scale. I’m a musician and songwriter, but I actually don’t care too much about the
