When you consider that someone can either go completely out of control for views. Or impose some standards on their own content? Yea, it’s definitely nice.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that people are complaining about this. You want to watch someone nonstop cussing and being a dick on stream? Pick any one of the other 5000 streamers.

I agree, especially given his wife’s (and manager’s) comment that a LOT of his fans are 7 to 13. That’s such an impressionable age, I wholeheartedly agree to dedicate a significant amount of stream time to not swearing.

Yeah I agree, I think this is an awesome move for someone who knows they have a ton of influence over young kids specifically. We need more positive gamer influences.

I think his reasoning for toning it down is fair. It’s nice, if a bit unusual, for a streamer to realize that his actions and mannerisms can effect how a lot of kids act, and adjust his stream to be more of a positive influence.

This whole thing is absolutely fascinating I think. Well the idol industry in general fascinates me to be fair.

Me neither. Some people just like underground bands. A lot of people like to consider themselves anti-mainstream. I think they like finding an underground bands because they feel like they helped discover something that was cool before everyone else knew it was cool. Good for them. News reporters do enough slander, so it’s good that they are getting called out on it for once.

Maybe, maybe not. The publications will have to “prove” that their articles weren’t false. Maybe they were just that.

According to most of the USA, it’s 1950.

“I’d be ok if this became a trend here, I hate being in a confined space with somebody hacking up a lung.”

I thought it was just a heavy pledge year for the Lin Kuei.

South Korea still has a lot of road to travel on this issue and women are still largely treated as second class citizens there solely for the benefit of men.

From my understanding there has been some pretty heavy backlash against feminism in the country recently.

I’m confused... So South Korea is against women’s rights? Or am I misunderstanding things here?

I’ve taken to wearing them whenever I have to fly. Reactions range all across the board from people avoiding me because they think I’m sick, people being offended because they’re not sick and don’t think it should be necessary, to—the vast majority, thankfully—giving me a strange look at most, and otherwise ignoring

A few years ago I saw tons of those “I’m just going to throw a bunch of random stuff together” cosplayers at anime cons and they’d almost always be wearing a mask like this. I thought it was a little weird and misguided at the time but apparently I was wrong!
On the flip side though, I’d be ok if this became a trend
