Well hey, with that new law that got passed somewhere in some place (don’t really remember what country it pertains to, if it even did), after two years of an online game being shutdown, the public has free reign on making their own private servers. So there’s that to look towards to I suppose.

I want to say that it only applies to those who have taken the free upgrade path. For those that own a purchased serial key, I don’t think it matters because the key itself is enough. I could be wrong though.

No. You should be able to see all the partitions you have on your drive. Any of them should be deleted and reformated and it should work fine afterwards.

That’s all console updates when it comes to main patches. Unless Overwatch changes their approach to file patching through a game launcher that some games do like FFXIV, DCUO. Typically MMOs.

From what I understood, you have a few options here. I don’t think there’s a way to just install for free BUT you could upgrade first. Then do a clean install of W10 over the upgraded one you just did. Then call Microsoft Customer Support so that they activate it on their end.
