Yeah, it's kind of tricky. Some cars see huge markups when they cross the border while others are a little closer to parity. Scions seem to be about a grand more in Canada, so I'm hoping the FR-S won't be an exception.

Carry on.

Based on the US vs Canadian price difference of the Scion tC (19k vs 20k), that probably puts the Scion around $26,500-27,500. Hmmmm.

Why not both?

I know what you mean. Everything about this car seems like it should be great, but for $25k, it's in that range where it's just a bit more than you want to pay, but not high enough to make you dismiss it completely.

If you don't mind me asking, how much was the deposit?

Save the Porsche's what?

McClaren has embraced the rule change, while the other teams have begrudgingly accepted it.

Man, I love the Mustang turn signal. It something they didn't have to do, but they did it anyway.

It depends.

The helmet cam is great for the speed. The feeling of speed and acceleration around 1:05 is incredible. You don't get that same sense with the car-mounted cameras used in F1 broadcasts.

As long as V8 engines meet regulations, there will be V8 Mustangs. Ford is competing with the Camaro and the Challenger, and none of them want to be the first to offer their muscle without a V8.

Santorum is right. If the auto giants hadn't been bailed out, another company would have come along and scooped them up. But then they would have devolved into a frothy mixture of lubricant and auto parts that are the byproduct of international badge engineering.

That Mazda makes me feel like we're steadily moving back into an era where car makers are no longer afraid to make gorgeous cars.
