When I first heard about the bill it sounded like bad knee jerk legislation. But the more I read up on it the more balanced it seems to be. Here's a pretty good article.

Really. I actually didn't know that. I know "Football" is often used for soccer thru much of the world, and I've heard in England they use both soccer and football to reference the sport. But I've never heard of Rugby being called football before. That said, Go Niners!

Fact is, global warming, or climate change as it's now called, is dead as a science. You can't trust anything that comes out on it because it's all driven by politics. No one is really trying to understand our climate, so much as prove their particular point.
