I gotta admit: that sounds that ought to be the plot of a TOS. "Scotty comes down with a rare fever after handling unprocessed dilithium crystals . . . ."

The Star Trek theme song lyrics:

Deep Space 9 was all about being stationary.

So this is following REC's trajectory, but skipping REC 2 and REC 3, but going right to REC 4.

So it's now The Last Ship. Does The Last Ship know about this?

Oh...the Last ship people are not going to be pleased.

Your shoulder-pads are too low to play regulation football.

I don't really care about football, but I also don't really care about women. Is there some way I can use these two facts to make myself feel morally superior to everyone else without really accomplishing anything?

"imaginary rape culture" - that phrase right there might be why some of us are pointing and laughing at you.

same thing with "fairy tales" and brothers Grimm stories. That shits always been really dark.

I'm intrigued. On the one hand, "infinite options" and "poor design will cut you to pieces" seems to augur for a "one true correct way to play" false-choice problem that could make the game infuriating in the same way that a game like Knights of the Old Republic or Oblivion are infuriating, because the game's design

Given the relative expense, how about this question: is it better to spend billions of dollars to cure diseases and save lives, or to spend it on warplanes that don't even work, and if they did, would be used to take lives. We already have the military might to destroy the world 20 times over, but it's never enough.

Why jump to an inferior storytelling medium? TV is where 95% of the innovative storytelling is happening today. It's also the medium where the writers have some say.

Also, can we use one of these to replace Star Trek and make it a television franchise again? Quinto, Cho, Pegg, and Yelchin aside, I'm tired of Fratboy Kirk, and barely existent Bones. Uhura is great because Zoe Saldana is great.

Sorry, digressing....

I did not know this. All the stars for you. Melanie Rawn is like Tanith Lee and David Eddings for me. I really really like certain works, but don't even bother with the others.

I've said it before, The Dragon Prince series and second trilogy. They span one lifetime but the character family trees are massive. I'd love to see it continue through multiple generations Dune style.

Lotsa butthurt white people around these parts.

It seems decent, although cycling through the menus, the interface and various systems don't seem as intuitive. I was a bit sad that the cat race wasn't free, so i stuck with the reptilians on the klingons. Which opened up this weird disconnect between the fact that i always thought star trek and it's uniforms were
