Is it possible for judginess to reach critical mass? Thanks to the first letter, we now know the answer.

The first clue is that they describe a white bra as "perfect for all your white tops and blouses" in comparison to a nude bra! Holy crap, that's a failing grade in Bras 101. Not to mention the race problems with describing a color as "nude."

Definitely thought #10 was going to be something different. On the one cruise I've been on, it never did stop weirding me out that 99% of the passengers were white, when 99% of the service crew was not. Maybe because I was always slightly nervous that my racist uncle was going to say something racist about it.

Sorry, I went without any real transition from talking about plagiarism to talking about legit fic authors wanting to turn their fanfic into original fiction.

I'm sure they would, but with all the fanfic that's only shared privately, or in locked communities or mailing lists that have large numbers of members but aren't indexed by Google or other search engines, it's not exactly a foolproof solution.

Here's a thought: what if someone submits fanfic they didn't write to Kindle Worlds without the fanfic author's knowledge, and then later that author decides to file off the serial numbers and manages to get the revised work published, but then Amazon discovers the similarities? I can imagine many ways Amazon could

I have one, and the sizing was spot on. If you're between sizes, I'd go smaller.

Hmm. You would wear that thing with black fishnets (under a pair of flesh-toned underwear or shapewear) to an adult-only Halloween party or a Rocky Horror Picture Show screening, or some other event that has a sexualized atmosphere, but where you personally will not be having sex. Unless it has snaps.

A baby-themed baby shower! :O

I think it makes a lot of sense if you view it as a single extended phenomenon. There's speculation that the GOP put the constitutional amendment on the ballot to try to get conservatives to the polls, but it backfired and actually brought liberals instead, who then voted in a bunch of DFL candidates, who then set

Okay, so I totally fell for that article yesterday (I wasn't familiar with the Daily Currant, but now I am), but what clued me in after a few minutes were the obvious joke headlines elsewhere on the page - the possibility that Bachmann may not have said those things never once crossed my mind. Actually, I'm still not

I thought the same thing. She's covered in dust and probably feels like shit, but the picture challenges my assumptions about what a person would look like after spending two and a half weeks trapped under rubble.

Mall of America?

I like the Random Photo Of Biff Tannen in that results list.

Should point out: she said "it just felt like being raped," not "it felt just like being raped." I gave the comment a lot more side-eye before I read it correctly. But yeah, it's not a comparison I would make, either.

"DO NOT WANT"

When a woman makes a comment about sexism or feminism and a man tells her she's overreacting or wrong or otherwise acts dismissive or defensive, back her up. This will go so far, you have no idea.

Got it. Sorry, I saw the word "rule" and assumed something in CFR.

I'm looking around in the post and the links but don't see a citation - which federal rule did the Capobiancos in particular break?
