Dodai, if you are consistently getting them every other month, it would be worth asking your GYN for an ultrasound. There could be polyps or cysts on your ovary (we ovulate from one and then the other each month, so one could be fine and the other could have a painful cyst).

Y'all, I did it! I ran my first half marathon and finished it standing up. Not only that, I wasn't really running to get a certain time but I did it in 2:56 which is FANTASTIC! Now I'm laying down with ice bags and Aleve and sleeping till Tuesday.
