@Lymed: Which sounds like this particular case. It's a small hospital in a rural area, and they don't have the resources to perform VBAC as indicated by ACOG. They are not denying it to her, they would do the same thing for every one going to that hospital.

@winner: Well, Quicken has an online website, and it's good, the problem is that you cannot upload you account history, you have to start from scratch, so all these records I have (starting in 1995) won't be there.
