I love Jolyne. She is not a natural stand user and her stand is rather weak compared to other protagonist stands, so she has to rely on being a scrappy fighter -- basically young Joseph with a better Hermit Purple.

Even her more powerful and versatile ancestors could not hope to defeat every single one of their opponents: they all had some major help along the way. Best example would be her father, Jôtarô: borderline invincible Stand in close range, but he’s a single man and thus could not defeat some more crafty foes.
Jolyne is my favorite Jojo she is cool and a badass
Love the art, incredibly stylish. This is my least favorite JoJo, she relies her allies far more than even Giorno, lacks that classic Joseph and Jotaro swag. But I do appreciate how they decide to end this series.
This is awesome. While I don’t always love the rebalancing (mostly cause I’m not like super good at these kinds of games and it is hard to have to figure out new ways of doing things) I do love that they are constantly updating this game with both free and paid DLC. And it really is a gorgeous game.
After some lingering trauma from going into SMT 3 completely blind when it first came out all those years ago and learning how genuinely brutal a turn-based JRPG could be if it wanted to, I’ve always spent a lot of time in SMT games over-leveling as much as possible before an area’s point of diminishing exp returns…
I love it when people use "Way of life" as a euphemism for "Chattel Slavery".
I’m for the decision. Taking it out will upset some racists and it distances Rockstar from people who might have used it as some weird approval of their ideals (with it being someone on your side as opposed to an antagonist). It’s clearly not meant to be any sorta approval but why give ‘em anything to latch onto.
I mean, I do think it’s possible for creators to lose track of the original themes and strengths of their work. Ray Bradbury has changed his story of what Fahrenheit 451 is about multiple times, for example, and we’ve seen sequels torpedo overarching concepts despite being by the original creator countless times…
...nothing of the story I saw made any sense, in any way.
As someone who just played and finished Death Stranding in the past week, he’s not wrong about the new things changing the way the game is played (I’d have certainly been abusing the rib stabilizer), but what I can say conclusively is that’s not a bad thing. Even though I personally enjoyed the challenge of navigating…
Correction: He starts the game playing Final Fantasy Go and I am very upset that it is not a real thing.
I am currently one achievement shy of completing Dragon Age: Inquisition and all DLC and it IRKS ME TO THE BEDROCK OF MY VERY SOUL. So yes, I get the frustration people might feel with something like this. Flipside, the very meta commentary nature of this tickles me pink. *shrug*
I think the line is usually in regards to what’s “too real”. Ordinary people living peacefully and enjoying videogames are more likely to be dealing with suicidal ideation and self-harm than they are to be getting into high-octane gunfights.
Yeah, Joker’s fighting strengths are somewhat similar to Batman’s in that his strengths are stealth and intelligence (Batman’s more preparation and Joker’s more chaos but Batman also improvises well and Joker plans more than he lets on). If the Joker has enough freedom to use those in an advantageous way, he’s also…
That’s what I took it to mean. The rest of the Squad may be unpredictable career criminals, but they can be bargained with and/or threatened into doing what Waller wants. Even a bomb in his neck isn’t necessarily enough to get Joker to follow orders.
Ahh but you don’t have to spend money for you see this critically acclaimed MMORPG has a free trial to level 60 with unlimited playti--- *is yanked off stage*
In a post about the name change on the Phantasy Star Online 2: New Genesis Reddit group, some players lament the renaming, while others wonder why it was necessary in the first place
With the exception of Lethal Foes, I have played every single one of these and this list is 99% spot-on. That 1% is Spider-Man 2 which, outside of the sublime (for the time) web-swinging, is a terrible, terrible game and Ultimate Spider-Man is better in every single aspect.
Also, you missed one...Spider-Man and the…
