My favorite part of the ending was when it was revealed that the events of the game were actually a dream of Pamela Ewing.

Bugs? In a *Bethesda* game? The hell you say!
That would be the cutaway gag from “The Simpsons Guy”, the Simpsons/Family Guy crossover (and one of my favorite jokes in the episode).
PLUNGER BOOBIES!
Disagree. That episode was totally worth it just for Principal Lewis revealing that he only named the play “Oedipus Rex” because the school board wouldn’t let him go with his original title: “MOTHERUCKER!”
I’m always happy to see someone that enjoys The Cleveland Show. It really deserved a better fate than it got.
It is, and it has improved a *ton* since it’s first few mediocre seasons. Try watching “Tearjearker”, “Stanny Slickers II: The Legend of Ollie’s Gold”, “Roy Rogers McFreely”, “Rapture’s Delight” (He turned water into fiiiiiiiine!”), or my personal favorite, “Bully for Steve”.
You’re right. Spectral mass murders, trophy hunting aliens, killer Arnold Schwarzeneggers from the future, and cybernetic cops *totally* don’t belong in a series with cybernetic ninjas, pissed off thunder gods, time travel, Australian crime bosses with robot murder eyes, spectral ninjas from hell resurrected by their…
Just wait until they have to decide what to do with your extensive collection of artisanal dildos.
It is not. I mean, they added Sora as a DLC Champion, but that’s about it. No, the cameos from other properties are from the days when they were simply Square, and not Square-Enix.
One of my favorite parts of the Tonberry fight is how after you beat it, the thugs instantly back the hell off because they know how fucked they’d be if they tried to take on the people who just beat a motherfucking Tonberry.
I highly recommend World of Final Fantasy. There are some *great* references in it, including some great cameos from certain other Square properties. Also, it’s representation of Cactuars is on point:
One of my favorite things about World of Final Fantasy is that it accurately portrayed what absolute dicks Cactuars are, and how absolutely infuriating they are for the average player:
I loved the hell out of this bit, and it was made even better thanks to the great voice acting between Cody Christian (Cloud), Britt Baron (Tifa), and John Eric Bentley (Barret).
Here’s a big tip for you: During Chapter 11, make sure someone has the Steal materia equipped. This is because the final boss of the chapter is the *only* boss in the game to have a weapon for a character that can *only* be obtained from stealing. You’ll know which boss it is, because using Asses on the boss will…
How is Final Fantasy XIV not on this list? Sure, it’s an MMO, but it’s a damn good MMO and a damn good Final Fantasy game. *Especially* after Shadowbringers.

It makes me happy that there are people who still get the reference.
He’s a bigger buzzkill than Buzzkillington!
“What did you expect to read on Kotaku tonight?”
