That’s my theory, too! And one I hope is correct. 

I certainly hope so. I loved everyone in Tales, so any returning characters and VA’s is a big plus for me. (Plus, I think the one robotic looking main character may be Loader Bot, given the single “eye” in it’s “mask”)

Honestly, Reach was the only good Halo game, so it’s nice that I can buy it and not have to worry about the others.

A big budget has no relation to quality. Just look at Anthem, Fallout 76, and Crackdown 3.
