Sounds like Sony dropped the ball on a feature we now expect to be standard, (but to be fair, has literally never been the way of things before).

The only thing that would save this game from legal hell is jurisdiction. Any reasonable court would find this in favor for Supergiant so fast that the legal fees are probably not an issue, but if it’s based somewhere that’s hard/impossible to bring to trial...
