I really liked F.E.A.R (2005): The One With The Ghosts. At least the first one which I thought was a really fun mix of actiony setpiece FPS shooting and weird paranomal horror.

The only thing that would save this game from legal hell is jurisdiction. Any reasonable court would find this in favor for Supergiant so fast that the legal fees are probably not an issue, but if it’s based somewhere that’s hard/impossible to bring to trial...
