Yeah, no, the problem is that it’s 100% badly faked from the beginning. It’s an SNL quality impresionation at best. It’s just that it’s done by a machine so it’s special? No one needs a disclaimer that Baldwin isn’t Trump; if SNL started patting themselves on the back for how good their impersonation is people

Well, adventure anyways. I’d accept a Rainbow Curse or Epic Yarn right now, even if they barely qualify as “platformer”.

If it doesn’t look like her (allegedly), and doesn’t sound like her, then it’s not a very good deep fake. You can’t do a bad job at something and say it was on purpose and expect it to be meaningful.

I’m blind as shit (plus face blindness), so I’ll take your word that she looks right. But, she sounds NOTHING like the Queen...

Swap out every game that didn’t actually release this year for Red Dead Online (my favorite game from a previous year I’m just now getting), and I think this list might be perfect.

Cyberpunk was always going to be a disappointment (it was never going to meet it’s level of hype). To that end, I wouldn’t put Halo being delayed and Cyberpunk NOT being further delayed when it should have on the same list. I think this spares Halo from being a disappointment in a year that has already just been...

How is that a scam tho?

Weird, I remember the game existing, thinking Square + looking cool as heck, renting it from Blockbuster... then... nothing. It left literally no impression on me. Maybe I didn’t play much because I had issues with the combat?

Huh, I pretty much just assumed most of the jokes that weren’t immediately obvious references were just absurdism.

Excuse me, but you’ve made some sorta mistake. That tie is amazing and I’m very upset we don’t have a name or price.

I have two mains answers to the question, neither of which will be fully satisfying.

“The reason [we didn’t show the game on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One] is that we were updating the game on last-gen consoles until the very last minute, and we thought we’d make it in time,” Iwiński said. “Unfortunately, this resulted in giving it to reviewers just one day before the release, which was definitely too

Blizzard might have remained good if Activision wasn’t involved. Same with Bioware and EA. Not that these companies woulda been fine without parent companies being shittiy, but it’s kinda hard to tell.

On one hand, everyone getting burned by the hype is kinda funny.

How would the star rating solve anything? From the content of the piece we can guess it’s probably 3/5? That’s about the score I’d give it so far anyways. Very average score. And? It’s still very middle of the road, not enough to justify the hype, but not actually bad enough to be hateable.

Yeah, I actually cite Louis CK’s as one of the better apologies.

Cyberpunk (the genre, and the game) is directly out of 80s concerns of corporations getting too powerful, influencing the government, and ultimately surpassing the government.

The original PSA doesn’t make the claim, presumably it’s different enough that it’s coincidence. Just a really really bad one. Which makes sense if other reviewers haven’t caught on, it’s not really a widespread thing that was on anyone’s mind.

The draw is the ability to go anywhere. To have complete freedom. Not that we should HAVE to go everywhere, just that it’s an option.

Reluctantly Yes.
