The 30 min to kill goes back to the point of failing everything else. Meaning he still wins.

So, the takeaway is that Atari was kinda sexist, but only in the typical 70's sorta way? Like, Bushnell wasn’t a saint, but wasn’t a predator either?
Bail denied is often because of the charges, not because of the evidence. It’s generally not a good indication of guilt.
I feel like the change to wish fulfillment really started with (the impossibly easy target) Sword Art Online, and really the shift from “transported to fantasy book” of the 90s/00s, to “transported to video game” that has come up a LOT in the last 5 years. SAO, Overlord, Log Horizon are all different degrees of wish…
Aye, you’re not wrong, a “blue moon” is just one of those cute things the calendar does, like when the date is sequential or palindromic (which is less impressive when it requires shortening the date to 2 digits, and usually only applies in the US/EU but never both).
Someone died as the result of criminal negligence, so at the very least this is involuntary homicide.
If he gives them to me I promise they won’t go to overwatch.
It is amazingly well written, if sometimes a bit TOO self aware.
Perhaps it’s not a solo affair. Perhaps my world doesn’t revolve simply around myself and others in my life enjoy it for whatever strange reason.
I didn’t say they were good at pretending.
I’m well aware of professional sport accountability being for show. But at least the players by and large pretend. Of course the fines are slaps on the wrist, and legal ‘incidents’ are waved away, organized sports is also terrible in it’s way, but the athletes at least pretend to care about keeping up image.
Organized sports has decided (or at least pretended to), that being a bad sport will get you punished, no matter how skilled you are.
I’ve played a LOT of Amiibo Festival recently, since I was able to pick up the game bundle dirt cheap.
And if you’re going to be disruptive to other players, because you wanna play how you want, you’re going to reported as disruptive.
I assume everyone watched the shitty English dub, got hooked, and subsequently found the better version and can never go back.
No, back in the days it was harder for the crap to get through. It really wasn’t much better. There were plenty of shit seasons 10 years ago, with maybe one romcom worth watching that everyone has sorta forgotten about now.
It feels like it was the start and premise of procedurally generated content (think Division’s Subway), but then it got changed halfway through development.
They were told to axe the microtransactions AFTER the fact. After writers called out it’s bullshit. Calling out things that are wrong isn’t going to ruin the future od the franchise, it’s going to save it.
If you remember that time Microsoft wanted live video game programming, it’s basically that idea, but from the maker of Vine on a smaller scale (iOS only).
That’s the problem with any of the shows (Simpsons, Family Guy, South Park) that try to go after “everyone equally”. It’s never equal. Even if they try their best, the team of white men deciding what’s fair for everyone, still lacks... literally any perspective.
