He’s not IIRC, he just looks like a dad. The internet finds that hilarious, and Blizzard caters.

I’m not a lawyer, but wouldn’t “this violates our trademarks and isn’t fair use” be harder to prove than “this literally violates our copyright and uses protected assets”. One is a declaration of values, the other is literal facts. Both Nintendo would have legal grounds, but it seems the trademark version would be

Except he didn’t say You. He didn’t say it to him. He said it out loud. There is a very big distinction that Totalbiscuit (presumably) isn’t in the comments section here, so paraphrasing with the pronoun You is incorrect.

Except he’s not telling anyone to shut up. He’s expressing the opinion that someone should. Should, not Must, Will, or Has to.

Yes. If it gives them a better legal stance, that’s probably very fair.

Totalbiscuit can express his opinion. Just like anyone else can express the opinion that Totalbiscuit should shut the hell up. Not just about this but in general.

My hatred for 90% of (often terribly made) fan games vs my love of Chao.

Such is the loot box system, and with no trading, I can (and have) spent 30+ hours, burned through almost all the free v-bux outside of dailies, and currently I’m sitting on a single Legendary, no Mythics.

Meanwhile, with the 10 free llamas they gave out, people just starting the game can easily have nicer stuff than

Played Fortnite for a bit, hit the f2p wall. That was fun for almost a week.

Got a chocolate bar since a recent infection made smoking (even medical) a problem.

Goodwill/Savers around here seem to at least Google what they have, things are mostly fairly valued. These stories mostly seem to happen at the smaller chain thrift stores.

What about Ranged Boats? Because my empire really starts to shine at the age of sail.

Aside from Vore and Expansionism, all these are fairly easy to explain.
Disturbing, but easy enough to get. Even diapers, as disturbing as that is.

No, back in 2005 a lot of flash games were nicely hand drawn. Even the ugly ones had at least some charm. Don’t go dragging old flash games into this shovelware.

How exactly did he get a devkit? I know there is a lot of crap on WiiU, but I still thought that Nintendo was notoriously stingy with those.

maybe nerfed the paraglider or fast travel

I’d argue that he is still Lawful Good. Just not every law has the same weight and he needs to grow and follow his own moral compass more.

Some good examples in here, but the one I like to fall back on is Carrot from Terry Pratchett’s Discworld. Lawful Good to a fault, he exists in a world that pretty much runs on True Neutral. Trying to enforce laws that anyone has long since stopped caring about or even wanting enforced, he has to learn how to make

What is done is quite good. It’s pretty much what you’d want/expect from a remaster.
