Wolverine and Iron Man 3 were pretty fun, haven't seen mos. Batman Rises wasn't nearly as good as everyone gushing over it seems to think, Avengers was cool though, Spiderman was above average at best, and succeeded mostly in being better then Spiderman 3, which is not hard.

I agree with you. A decent amount of those in customer service are just as bad. Unfortunately, there are people like her who will think she can get away with it. She was obviously playing the strength in numbers game and thought she was being funny.
