Don’t get mad, get everything!
This comment made me do that silent crying body-shaking laughing. So good.
The best...
No. No no no. I'm due in two days... Why has no one told me about this yet?!?!
Oh man. I'm due on Monday and am fucking terrified. It could happen any second! I am getting that epidural the second they let me... But that doesn't stop the gross parts and the painful horrifying sounding recovery.
Any examples of how you make it weird? My bump recently popped and I want to arm myself with some ammunition. Care to share?
Thanks for the answer! I haven’t checked Motherisk yet, but my doctor recommended I call them if I have concerns about any random pregnancy things. I haven’t looked at their site yet but will now. I’m in toronto and am feeling very thankful for our healthcare lately!
So... I know this, and I agree, and I still have a coffee every day and a small glass or two of wine once a week...but I’m not showing yet. I’m only 12 weeks along (but had my ultrasound Monday- yet baby!) and don’t have abuno.
I’ve just begun my second semester, and I brought my nice, fresh, steaming cup with me to my first OB appointment this morning. The raised eyebrows and glares I got from other women in the waiting room made me feel so uncomfortable that I threw it out!
Actually?!???
What? Rizzo had an abortion? That totally went over my head, and I think I watched it about 30 times in eighth grade and several times since! Haha I definitely just thought it was a late period....so young so clueless. Does she sing about it? I always fast forwarded through the slow songs.
I've always thought that the anti vaccine parents were crazy and just delusional and endangering their (and other) children, but I've never even thought about it from this perspective. As you've pointed out, the fact that their logic is "risk of deadly virus is better than risk of autism" is just fucked. Their poor…
I take it you're not a Sweet Valley High fan?
When I was around 12 or 13 (in 1997), an old 1973 copy of "Our Bodies, Ourselves" appeared next to my stack of YM and Seventeen magazines in my bathroom, with no explanation. I already knew about the mechanics of sex, and had been taught that when I was five and my mum was pregnant. But I still had lots to learn.
I had that too! The dad was soooooo funny looking! I remember an illustration of the rolly polly parents standing nude in the bath that I used to examine for long stretches of time.
So, is Jane the Virgin really as good as the hype it's been getting? I know absolutely nothing about it, but have kind of avoided it because the name of the show doesn't make it sound that good. Yes, I know, don't judge a book by its cover and all that. I know I can google reviews, but if any jezzies want to weigh…
Hahahaha Oh my, I really wish I could go back and edit it to say that! That is waaaaaaay better than what I wrote.
Nice to meet you new best friend! I'm a long time lurker who signs in every once in a while for a comment or a chit chat! Usually when I am procrastinating. Like right now.
First of all, how on earth did you get a copy of this? When I sent it out I explicitly wrote PRIVATE DO NOT SHARE (in all caps like that) at the top. I'd like to point our that whoever leaked this removed that, so by law, reprinting this is illegal. I know this because my father is very rich, runs Fowler Enterprises,…
