So, my old man worked with a bloke who had like 11 near-death experiences. And we’re not talking about “Gosh, if I didn’t look in that shop window for half a minute and instead crossed the road when I gonna, I’d have been hit by that car!” sort of near-death experiences.

Wait are you saying a game probably isn’t enjoyable unless the reviewer specifically uses the word “fun” in the review? Because that’s a really bizarre way to navigate the world.

I was so looking forward to this game, but I don’t think I can bring myself to play it right now. We said goodbye to our cat on Friday night. Lymphoma was very aggressive and we didn’t want her to suffer anymore. I was so looking forward to playing this with her in my lap.

I respectfully disagree...dummy.

Stubbs is a host.

“[Galadriel] was then of Amazon disposition”- ah, so JRR Tolkien himself endorses this streaming deal!

As a huge fan of Tolkien’s books and someone whose opinion of the films is very mixed, I’m excited for this, but I’ve been a little bit disheartened by some of the fan reaction. One camp is complaining that it doesn’t look enough like Peter Jackson’s films, another camp is complaining that it won’t be entirely

She never stopped with the “back in my day” crap.

“King Elrond” I don’t think Elrond is really a king of anything.

I don’t think Elrond was ever king of anything.

A bit of a low blow for Galadriel to point out that since Elrond was born toward the end of the first age not only did he miss most of that, but also the years of the trees in Valinor, the revolt of the Noldor, and all of that. Of course a lot of that was kind of awful but maybe that was her point.

It is worth keeping in mind that, while Garrus did go Vigilante in ME2, the change in location does a lot to soften the harshness of that concept. He’s not running around the Citadel, with established laws and a police force with restrictions put on it in an effort to prevent abuse, he’s on Omega, a place where there

I was so happy to find out that The Guide hitting on Guillermo last season was not a one-off thing & she is really into him because to a naughty vampire a vampire hunter is the ultimate bad boy. I loved how once she explained it to the initially baffled & disgusted Lazslo & explained how she would feel with his hands

Would she though? If she did then he’d be a vampire and not a sexy forbidden human vampire hunter

Both episodes were good for laughs, but I gotta be honest, I really wanted to see at least one episode of the gang split up. The way last season ended set up so many scenarios yet they bring them all back together literally within minutes of the first episode. Must have cost too much to do different locations and set

So wait, people are complaining that the costume looks ridiculous? The costume of THIS character from the comic books?

I am grateful that the actress named Tatiana is not playing the character named Titania.  Not just for the confusion, but for the headlines reading Tit for Tat.

“William’s seeming invincibility”

Its also kinda weird how the guys calling others(usually someone in the LGTBQ+ community) groomers seems to be the ones that are groomers themselves.

Good! But I’m a little worried that the phrase “no reasonable person could believe” doesn’t mean as much as it used to.
