I think it's at the point where thermos is the generic name for a vacuum flask. Just like escalator is the generic name for moving stairs. Once it's deemed a generic trademark, I do not think there is any recourse for the company in question.

Nope. I'm in the same boat.

Considering the original art used their design, their logo and their name, I don't see why you are complaining about this and not complaining about Warhol being too commercial in his art.

Mine haven't arrived yet. They were picked up on the 13th by USPS. I assume they are stuck at the border waiting to get into Canada. It normally doesn't take this long for stuff to get to me from Massachusetts. Still within the window of delivery time though. I just want them to get here so I can play with them.

The odds are beyond excellent - practically guaranteed - because an OS always has accompanying hardware at launch. Are you trying to tell me there won't be any Windows 8 phones the day Windows Phone 8 is released? It wouldn't have that release date if the phones wouldn't be available that day. The fact that he wrote that Hantavirus pulmonary syndrome used to be known as Korean hemorrhagic fever doesn't help. HPS can be fatal. From what I have read, Hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome - which used to be called Korean hemorrhagic fever - is not. I guess reading comprehension is not required to work here.
