I live in WA so...yea. I think our dealers probably carry 4x the stock of those elsewhere in the country, what with all the hippies and lesbians and such. It's pretty awesome. Wife is currently out gallivanting around in her 2013 Outback 2.5 Premium, and I'm obviously cataloging everything I own to see if I can sell

I did a photoshoot with a Countach and an F40 once. Here's a video I got of two cars together, exclusively, that you won't see very often, as they set up for my shoot...

I didn't get as close as I would like, but hopefully you can see where I was going with this.

It will likely do what it was designed to do with unparalleled competence.

Patrick, have you ever driven a late model grand prix? Torque steer is non existent, even in the v8 versions. It also had a progressive steering rack which worked flawlessly, most people who owned the car didn't know about it simply due to how intuitive it worked.

Yep.. Saw a couple docs about how they made it.. Lots of stunt drivers, spinout specialists.. All of it! Worked out into some pretty visceral scenes..

I think it's entirely possible that they took all sorts of math and science classes multiple times.

Right here at the 1.5 second mark, the Civic thoughtfully flips its hood up in front of the driver, thus sparing him the fright of HOLY FUCK I'M HEADED FOR THE WALL AGAIN!!!!

Understeer ftw! I wish more Youtube videos were like this. Get straight to the point, so in a 6 minute video you aren't watching cars zoom around for 5 minutes and 45 seconds and 15 seconds of crash.

Reminds me of the crash in the movie Me Mans...

I like the way the hood immediately pops up to protect the cabin occupants from flying debris. Nice piece of safety engineering.

It's funny you make this comparison (I lol'd) because I am sitting in a doctor's office right now playing Angry Birds. Great minds.

I'm not sure what this picture says more about. The indestructible-ness of the Isuzu (read: Envoy/Trailblazer/insert everything else here) or the construction quality of the building in question.

Scudi: Surprised they let you on this trailer.

Two of my grandfather's last two cars were Chevrolet Citations; an '81 he bought used and liked enough that he bought an '85 new.

That's exactly why he has it... It's always filled with tools and he's alway hauling stuff around in it (industrial lighting designer). And he's right, the thing is perfect; cavernous with the seats down, a ton of plastic he doesn't have to worry about destroying and has a small entertainment value with the 5-speed

I am *so* sick and tired of "auto experts" dumping on the Caliber. I own a 2010, and am completely happy with it. It's not the fastest, quietest, or most luxurious car in the world, but it *is* an affordable, reliable, versatile, basic car that successfully meets a lot of people's needs. I can haul 5 people around

That's a good reason, I've always thought to have a crap car I could never get emotionally attached to just for this specific reason and to save the nice cars from that sort of treatment.

You know it's not neccesery to have enought money to buy fast car. This Subaru may cost about 20 000 $. It's cost of simple Ford Focus or 3 year old VW Golf. It's also popular russian cars Lada with some tuning with cost a 10 000$. So.. it's big problem to drive car in Moscow safely. But a lot of people could! So we

I know about everyone stuck in the resulting traffic would not care one bit if this troop is like up and shot through the neck all with one bullet. They aren't worth the money for 3 more rounds.
