Those metal fragments left on the track look creepy. Did the transmission or engine grenade itself?

I would also nominate this:

Crushed between 2 semis.

Just look at the carnage...

I once was in a similar state of mind as you and thought I was seeing ghosts on a narrow 2-way farm road at 2am in the morning. It was foggy, breezy and the few streetlights there were on that stretch were causing very spooky shadows that from the point of view of my bike, made me feel I was having the bad sort of

Too true.

Also, riding extremely fast on those fun mountain or country roads alone is a bad idea for the same reason. I always do repeated route recons beforehead and never exceed that imaginary "70% capability" mark.

Cos if I crashed I'm screwed.

Also the opposite scenario - congested urban roads (especially in Asia)

Where no one can hear you scream.

Makes me respect the astronauts even more knowing that if anything went wrong with their equipment there is little to no chance they're making it back home. Apollo 13 excepted of course, that was totally heroic space cowboying.

Ditto for limited oxygen supplies. Walking isn't that bad from how it looks - 1/6 gravity and you can bound and leap your way back to the lunar lander. The issue is how far from the lander you drove and if you can navigate back to the spacecraft.

Otherwise, Lost in Space indeed.

In hostile gang territory with no ammo left, in the middle of a raging gang war and no suitable vehicles to carjack nearby... Oh wait, that's in Grand Theft Auto...

Whoa! That high wooden fence does indeed gives a false sense of confidence!

The key is still in the box! Oops.

Those invisible wheels caught my eye! Wondered how they achieved that effect.

That made me lol!

Now playing

That car looks like a vicious little dog that wants to bite pedestrians.

Considering the usual state of Indian traffic a car that looks like it wants to bite could be useful, non?

Are they really called speed tables?

I don't really slow down over the big wide ones. They're fun to bounce over (For me at least) ! :D

Evidently the scenario shown in the subject video is too slow to be called "Racing" but I think "Lacing" would be an appropriate term?

GIVI E-21 panniers. Very cheap, functional.

Is it wrong that I deliberately buy old motorcycles so I can have the dubious joy of turning them into reliable, decent performing economical transport?

Economical because those older Yamahas and Hondas cost literally, cents to repair and don't have expensive fragile plastic bodywork or aero parts to deal with.

I am very curious to hear / see how driving on half the allotted number of cylinders sounds like and will def. watch it after work :)

Or... just for the heck of it, they'd aim right for the bullseye and charge thru because no one has ever drive through a holographic water based stop sign before!

Yeah and then you'd have the problem of improperly installed or registered tags and wham, bring on the lawyers.

Yeah that was the first thing on my mind when I read this article. That bridge in NC really needs that water stop sign.
