While most americans scorn at japanese weirdness, I find it awesome... and sometimes totally random.

as much as I liked Wind Waker, I would've prefered a HD version of Skyward Sword. I missed that game since it was so late on the Wii's lifespan.
Gameplay screens isn't going overboard... it's perfect IMO. I'd love to visit... but that's a tad too far for me.
Hmmm... they really should put this on the Vita.
My bet is, they'll add Last Mission... but as DLC.
Yeah, Pimple. All of those toads were named after skin afflictions... didn't really realize it until a few years later, when my english got a tad better.
And yup, I remember the Burton movie... it's just that I didn't know about the whole "Batman doesn't kill" thing during those years, so Batman throwing the Joker down…
So that's why they would take a less risk, downloadable only approach to the game.
Hope the rumors are true, then... I'd totally get it. I have no problem admitting I like this kinda stuff.
I'm totally OK with fan service... there's enough "non-fan service" games out there (is that even a term?) for those bothered by it. I'll probably import this seeing as it has little to no chance to get localized, but I can't read even a word of japanese :/ ... so I guess that'll lessen my enjoyment of the title.
That looks awfully amateurish. Are they serious?
Maybe Inafune himself was the one sacrificing his soul into this game...
Heh, dunno. Maybe you're reading too much into this. Still, awesome article. Wasn't the game based on arthurian legend, by the way?
Thought you were past the age when one gets embarrased by watching stuff. I know I am, at least. Dunno if I'd enjoy this anime, but I wouldn't give a crap if someone saw me watching it.
Loving the designs and overall concept, mainly because of the big names involved. It does worry me that the Hyperdimension Neptunia team is involved though. Their games aren't bad per se, but it's appaling they have awful performance and framerates considering they look like PS2 games.
Indeed. Even if the Hyperdimension games have a few good ideas and nice character designs, they are technical messes. It doesn't speak good of the team that their PS2-looking games struggle on the PS3.
Still, this has Uematsu and Amano on it, so maybe they'll up their game ... it seems there's more at stake this time…
This man needs to be Nathan Drake in a movie. It's him! There isn't a better character-actor match I can think of... except for maybe Downey Jr as Tony Stark.
Dude, that was pure genius.
I actually liked the sailormoon-style dress-thingy in X-2, but couldn't bring myself to play it back then... there were so MANY other RPG alternatives out there. That and I was a stupid kid, I couldn't be seen playing a game with cute, transforming girls.
But since that's not the case any longer (on all accounts),…
Luckily some of the Shining Force spirit lives on through the Fire Emblem series.
So basically Battletoads' ending was a reverse intro? Ouch. And... did Batman just kill someone? :O
Damn... A game like Just Cause set in the SW universe? I'm already daydreaming about it... it would've been beyond awesome. Why didn't THAT happen instead of all the 'meh' games we got?
