Well, with my 11" MBAir, I have the dock set to autohide to save vertical screen space. Because of this, the Launchpad is actually a big help.

I definitely agree. I cheaped out on my PSU for my last build.
2 weeks ago, it died suddenly and took my $250 video card with it.
As soon as it shut off, it dumped excess current into the card and literally set it on fire.
I mean, seriously, there was a 4" flame inside my computer.

Bottom line: DO NOT buy 'no-name'…

That's why I picked up a PS3 controller for my PC. It's D-pad is great for my legally backed up ROMs and current platformers, a-la Super Meat Boy.
