Is this a good “one” or bad one?

What’s the forking point of Twitter videos locking out certain regions from viewing? I’m in Tokyo; what POSSIBLY is the risk or trouble in allowing someone to watch these videos?

Like trying Bloodlines Genesis on my hacked Vita recently. I just prefer Valis, Rolling Thunder, Mega Man, amd other action series…
