@Windcape: Generally journalists are not all-knowing, they are also just people. Journalists are assigned topics, whether they know anything about it or not. Faults like this one can occur.

The regular .NET FW is no larger than 100 MB for x86 and x64 together. The developing suite is 3GB for both.

@planetarian: I loved the early implementation of it - office 2007 - now MS seems to apply it to every built in software package under the sun. (Explorer in Win 8)
