Once or twice a year I drive 1.5 hours from NYC to New Haven, CT just to eat at Miya Sushi. Everything there is fantastic especially the selections from their "invasive species" menu. The owner Bun Lai, farms the Long Island Sound for critters that are harming the ecostasis (is that a word?) and serves them up.
