"I don't have to agree with it..."

As a kid, I remember my mom making a big point of imparting to me that IT IS OK TO BE WRONG SOMETIMES, AS THAT IS HOW WE LEARN. As an adult, I've always been able to admit I'm wrong or mistaken, laugh it off, and learn from it. More and more I'm noticing that most people are incapable of that.

“Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that'my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge.'

"my right as a dumbass"

Is that Cameron Frye's house?

If i could reimagine my life when I'm old, I would probably pick someone hot too.

Titanic is pretty cool if you can ignore/enjoy mocking the cheezy romance and focus on the other elements. I hate sappy romance as much as the next girl, but I'm also a big ol' boat nerd and it's exciting to check out the sets, costumes, and special effects.

What's even more interesting (to me) is that in the original ad she's wearing overalls, a blue t-shirt and blue sneakers. So much little girl clothing now is pink or purple, covered in sparkles and ribbons...absolutely nothing is gender neutral.

Honestly I think he's still as good as he's ever been. He's climbed so high artistically and success-wise that I think people are trying to turn it into "oh, that crazy Kanye" narrative to take him down a peg. People are purposefully misunderstanding what he's saying and he's not always the most eloquent guy, but he's

That moment was a fail on all fronts and any woman worth her salt would’ve snapped up her man as soon as he headed toward the stage after his name wasn't called.

Gavin Rossdale does not understand displacement, apparently.

That makes sense to me. His first albums are fantastic with some classic songs but from 808s and Heartbreak (which I loved) forward, he's been making enjoyably complex albums that I like listening to from start to finish for the experience of it. I appreciate that he's pushing himself as a musician and it's amazing

I think his music is as good as it has ever been, if not better, tbh. I like his early stuff, but I really like how his albums have started telling whole stories put together. I mean, the earlier stuff did too, but MBDTF and Yeezus are just awesome back to back.

I wasn't aware that Kanye's seen as being in a career tailspin. Musically, he's still pretty solid which is mostly the only thing I'm concerned about when it comes to him. But I don't pay too much attention to his personal life because he's always been a fool. If I'm supposed to associate Kim with Yeezus (which,

I never want to have to think of their proposal ever again. I'm not opposed to them being together, they are made for each other, but FUCK THEM....the desecrated my happy place with that tacky fucking proposal! Go fucking propose a Chavez Ravine, seriously, why the fuck did you have to mess with AT&T Park?!

I wonder which kids will side with which parents when the Joile-Pitts implode?

But then aren't all stunningly beautiful people half-step from being ugly? Like they're on some edge. Imagine Angelina Jolie with bigger lips.

Moreover, there is perhaps an even more perversive conclusion that you can be drawn from the correlation*: pretty people have it easier because everyone thinks they know them.

The article doesn't support the premise of the title. People aren't forgetting pretty people. They are falsely remembering them.
