I’ve had some luck with a UK company called Curvy Kate; bras and swimwear with Cups D-O & band sizes 28-44.

I love Le Mystere, because they carry D+ cup bras with band sizes smaller than 32. I’d love to buy from Savage X, Thirdlove, Lane Bryant, and others, but they all start band sizes 32 or 34. Panache & Chantelle are decent, but not great IMO.
