Also, I tried it and it gave BabyCoren terrible gas and made him SUPER constipated. I do NOT recommend rice cereal. You’re stuffing small tummies with stuff they can’t work through their system yet.

It was recommended to me as well. Rice cereal is heavier than formula/breast milk so it takes more time to digest, keeping them fuller for longer.

Therefore, you get to sleep longer before they need to eat. It’s like cheating your way to sleep.
