That's just nasty. And good riddance for them for being awful.

Where the items have the same name, I'm not sure ASOS does make a different pattern per se in the between the regular and curve lines; the 14 and 16 are identical in the same way the 12 and 14 are, but the 14 is sold in regular and the 16 in Curve. (I say this as someone who has in the last year ordered a considerable…
I like ASOS, I have these coral ones which have received tons of compliments:
Ha, yeah me too! :)
I find that Modcloth skew a bit too young/1950s for me. And I tend to look at it and think "too casual" OR "too formal." But I have bought a few pieces from them and have been pleasantly surprised by the quality.
see my response further down which demonstrates that ASOS actually does this exact thing with its 5 separate lines (petite, curve, regular, maternity, tall). I'm not saying it's easy but if you make a size 14, you can make an 18.
I have wide hips but otherwise the same build. Maternity jeans are your friend, as far as I'm concerned!
Yes, yes you should have!
I can't even imagine. Would you consider using something like Etsy? I don't know how "good" they are to their artisans, though...
God, yes. The fabrics seem to want to make you look worse. Like who the fuck wants to wear polyester in the summertime?
Awesome! Will have to keep an eye out for it.
Exactly! I mean, I like a good MuuMuu now and then, but just not for every day! :)
Store name and URL please?! :)
Tops are awesome with their lovely, light trapeze hems! I now buy my "tight" t-shirts almost exclusively in Mat sections. Awesome for summertime!
Yeah, I've heard all of that spiel before, but it doesn't mean I'm not frustrated. Furthermore, the above doesn't come from shopping in designer stores. I'm talking about retailers that have plus size lines, but who simply don't have their straight-size lines go higher than a 12-14.
I claim that all of my purchases made from clicking in the emails telling me about discount codes are "accidental wanders"... and don't get me started on my saved items list. o_O
Me neither, so I've resigned myself to the special mortification that is shopping instore for bras. I think there's too much variation between brands to be covered by a single size chart.
Huh. That's almost never happened to me, my size issues with them have always been that the stuff is too small, rather than too big! Or maybe I just haven't realised the full extent of the weight I've put on recently...
*goes crying into corner*
But usually it's at least a poly-cotton blend in a halfway decent colour...? :P
I have wide hips and carry a bunch of weight on my tummy but not on my ass or thighs and I'll say one thing: "skinny" Maternity Jeans have saved my life. Size down two or three sizes so the vanity size on the back is awesome (tee hee) but they also fit everywhere they should. I get the low-rise ones with a button and…
