That's understandable, and I completely agree that I'd like to see some better character designs.

We should, that's kind of the point I'm getting at.
You're half right, but okay.
I meant written well for the medium.
That's part of what I was getting at.
The idea is that it's a puzzle game. Think of it like Scribblenauts.
Psychonauts for the first one (Meat Circus is awful). Brutal Legends for the second (a great game that, for me at least, was plagued with audio bugs, and was advertised so poorly that I didn't know it was an RTS game until it was too late and I was fed up with the game).
I wouldn't say this protagonist is intended to be badass, male or female, given the subject of the game. However, I see where you are coming from. I just have a hard time getting excited. For me, the gender doesn't matter as long as the character is written well.
That's exageration. Video Game Protagonists are not people.
If she was a boy it wouldn't be as high? Does the gender really matter that much given the whole point of the game is hacking the world? Why are people so hung up on gender?
Will the final level be boring, stupidly hard, and against everything the rest of the game stood for? Or will the advertisement make it look to be a game that isn't awful and be plagued with audio glitches?
So what they're saying is that frozen ripped off a PLOT ARC from Saint Seiya? I'm calling bullshit on that. Superficial similiarties are due to tropes, not because of ripping off.
Play Super Mario 3D World and 3D Land.
Can't see what my first tweet was, good job with the linking Mr Plunkett.
Megaman ZX
Well they DID just release Lords of Shadow 2. And it's not like they haven't bundled demos with games that are better then the game itself before.
It'll play like any of the other moving stages in the other games.
There is an extending period of time where the big Combiner Decepticon is acting like a sterotypical Magical Girl Anime character. There is a reason we don't let Japan make Transformers cartoons anymore.
My logic is to pay what you feel is worth the game you are buying. I don't see Ground Zeroes as a game I should buy at 30 dollars because, to me, it's just the first part of game that will be released for like 60 dollars. If MGS5 comes out and Ground Zeroes is part of it, sure I'll just go and buy it at full price.…
I'm also assuming that Ground Zeroes will just BE in the standard Phantom Pain game. And no, that's not my logic at all.
