NASCAR's new system they implemented last year does not allow for bias. If you do this, then the penalty is this period. This is what IMSA needs so there are no bias toward teams complaints.

Seems like they do need to go to a NASCAR-style penalty system with standard penalties laid out for certain infractions according to level. That was if you do this, then you get this penalty period.
Sad day when NASCAR Whelen Euro Series and FIA Semi Truck racing at the Nurburgring (100,000 in attendance) has better attendance than F1 at Hockenheim on the same weekend.
Starting this year, the Cup series will run in rain on road courses if necessary.

A road in Fremont, MI was terrible. There were so many patched potholes that they could have repaved the whole road. The entire road was literally covered in patched potholes. It makes for a very rough ride.
