Using asian fonts as big neon signs is so outdated though, ironically. Not sure is it for reaching wider audiences (like when you see every race of human kind in a space mission flick) or trying to make us feel we’re in a alien environment.

Welp...it’s called branding. There are tribes everywhere with different brands and companies have to differentiate like that to sell more of their own stuff. 

Gotta give credit where it’s due though. PS and Xbox have much less chance to screw up because there is no difference in how you play the game, just the specs are different. Heavily tempted, but never trust the 1st lot from Sony (or PS in general). Never went well and I don’t see why the PS5 is any different. Really want to hurry up and hold the controller though lol. But I can wait.

If they want this to work they really need to redesign the controller. It is the only hardware to present and it has to look very very cool to reel users in. You need a good hardware package to sell your software. This controller looks like a toddlers toy compared to the PS5's.

There are ‘higher levels’ that push for ‘business sake’, and these guys know nothing about development. Sometimes these dates are uncontrollable. At this point who cares just another month. 

I thought it was good design. They know the users will not use it much so they intentionally made it subtle. It would be an unnecessary element to the design if they made it too fancy.

Nah, they clearly state they don’t give a fudge about your personal information in their terms. Written really small somewhere in the corner. They in fact go on to state it could go to other parties and they won’t be responsible for it.

I forgave Sony for the size (I’m a nobody btw) after I saw that crazy heat sink. That bizzarre heat sink is what made the console so big and I’m all in.

I didn’t read the full article but, wasn’t there a setting to swap the O and X as the confirm button. They should just leave that as an option. 

This game had questionable policies about personal data, stating they do not have full control of it and if it “leaks out to other parties” they are not responsible for it.
