Just traditionally speaking. There's no sense of FF anymore except you're playing Lightning. You could give this game another name w/o issues.

I agree they're life-less but these skills are pretty important as "digital doubles" in a movie.

It's really all in the eyes. You can feel it from the eyes without digging into any details.
I'm no CG specialist so I'm not sure what it is about the eyes but it can be better.
Each time I talk to a senior citizen it's like he/she can see right through me. I didn't feel that with this rendering.

Is Kotaku not gonna bother to write an article about Dragon Quest coming to iOS / Android. That was most exciting news for me this month.

But if new upcoming tablets can be really light and thin (upcoming iPad, etc) 10" may just do it all.

People like this show because they actually stick around watching to see how the story rolls, not just anticipate for action action action and epic moments every week.

The original Manga is not constructed that way and build ups are very important for this particular series. This ain't no dragonball.

They need to cut it here because they're going to catch up to the original Manga. They need to wait until at least 1-2 arc ends in the Manga to be able to start a 2nd season.

There will be a 2nd season for sure based on this popularity but it could take more than a year.
