If you read his SBS's a lot of his characters exist in history. And probably the same goes for all sorts of other manga's, but just don't notice 'em.

Understanding your concern, it's nothing to get pissed about though. A lot of sushi overseas (meaning out of Japan, and most Asian locations) are made to match foreign taste buds. The biggest problem in HK is paying a premium to eat at a "Sushi-go-round". Not saying it's not good but it's a bit ridiculous. And ALOT of people dip their sushi / sashimi into the soy sauce like it's some kind of Fondue, which makes all the sushi taste the same.
