Understanding your concern, it's nothing to get pissed about though. A lot of sushi overseas (meaning out of Japan, and most Asian locations) are made to match foreign taste buds. The biggest problem in HK is paying a premium to eat at a "Sushi-go-round". Not saying it's not good but it's a bit ridiculous. And ALOT of people dip their sushi / sashimi into the soy sauce like it's some kind of Fondue, which makes all the sushi taste the same.

This is a perfect example of Apps / Tech that are making humans more stupid. Web clips, capturing, digital notes. All of these don't require much brain-use (memorizing, perhaps) which just makes us more and more forgetful. By the time you click, clip save and type your notes, you could have already jotted simple notes…
