Call me crazy or whatever, but i liked episode 1-3 way more than the original trilogy. What i find appealing in SW universe is the Jedi/Sith conflict and lore and the original trilogy had very little of that. Also the few light saber fights were extremely dull due the time they were made.

Well both ff8 and kingdom hearts were great games and hits, if doesn't suit your taste that's a whole different problem. They were great games regardless.
